Kalibo Aklan ——–Ginpiyermahan eun ni Pangueong  Rodrigo Duterte  ro  Executive Order nga nagadeklara sa Philippine  ukon National ID System bilang proof of identity  sa tanan nga pribado ag pampubliko nga  transaksiyon.

“The PhilID shall serve as the official government-issued identification document and official proof of identity of cardholders in dealing with all NGAs, instrumentalities, departments, bureaus, offices, LGUs, GOCCs, GFIs, state universities and colleges, and other chartered institutions and private sector entities,” raya ro naging  kaparte  it  nasambitan nga EO.
